Mothers Day is of special significance to We Care Mother Africa because we are mothers to amazing children but we are also daughters/grand daughters/daughters-in-law/nieces of formidable women. We owe a debt of gratitude to these women, and we were blessed to be able to pay homage to all the mothers of Clayton Garden Home for the Aged this weekend. Thank you to everyone at Clayton Garden for receiving us so graciously.
#COVID-19 poses a serious threat to the safety of the aged. We were grateful to be given an opportunity to provide these wonderful mothers with food hampers of essential staples and treats. Hampers were donated with much love and gratitude by Dr Sudeshen Naidoo (Sandton Oncology Centre) and Mr Prean Pather (Norsaf Marine), in memory of their grandmother. Thank you Sudeshen and Prean.
