This Christmas has been blessed, hopeful and joyous for We Care Mother Africa, and to everyone who made made this possible, we are GRATEFUL
Our network partner, Summer Hill House is running a 5 week holiday feeding program for 150 children in Etete, and we stepped in make this a success. No child should go hungry!!! Thanks to one of our generous private donor’s, we provided the feeding program with:
♡80kg rice
♡50kg maize meal
♡20kg samp
♡20kg speckled beans
Summerhill made the children feel extra special on Christmas Day with lunch, sweets and toys
We also contributed to the holiday feeding program of our beautiful Rose Zwane and Brenda Hill-Balcomb who look after a community of children and elderly in Lindelani – Safe Haven for Children & Elders. This Christmas, Rose and her team cooked for 120 children, parents & elderly. Brenda ensured that all 60 children received a gift at the party
